Jakarta, 3/1/19 (SOLUSSInews) – Hmm… memang tidak salah jika Presiden Joko Widodo mengajak masyarakat menyambut 2019 dengan penuh optimisme.
Ajakan itu bukan sekadar ucapan manis, apalagi harapan kosong.
Salah satu faktor optimisme dalam kemandirian ekonomi telah dicapai. Hal itu berkat penerimaan negara 2018 yang mencapai 100 persen dari target APBN 2018 atau Rp1.894,72 triliun.
Sementara itu, pihak Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu) menyebut realisasi pembiayaan untuk Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) 2018 berkurang Rp25,5 triliun dari target. Hal ini disebabkan penurunan pembiayaan utang pemerintah pada tahun lalu.
“Terutama didukung oleh pengurangan pembiayaan utang sebesar Rp32,5 triliun,” kata Menteri Keuangan (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani Indrawati, di Kemenkeu, Jakarta Pusat, Rabu, 2 Januari 2019.
Selama 2018, realisasi pembiayaan melalui utang tercatat sebesar Rp366,7 triliun atau 91,8 persen dari target APBN yakni Rp399,2 triliun. Pembiayaan utang berasal dari Surat Berharga Negara (SBN) serta pinjaman.
Adapun utang yang berasal dari SBN tercatat sebesar Rp358,4 atau 86,5 persen dari target Rp414,5 triliun. Sedangkan pinjaman, yaitu sebesar Rp8,3 triliun atau hanya 54 persen dari target Rp15,3 triliun.
“Dengan defisit (APBN) mengecil, maka penerbitan SBN mengalami penurunan 18,9 persen. Ini adalah suatu bukti kita terus menjaga APBN,” jelas dia.

Defisit APBN 2018 tercatat hanya Rp259,9 triliun atau setara 1,76 persen dari Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB).
Realisasi ini jauh di bawah target yang ditetapkan pemerintah yaitu sebesar 2,19 persen dari PDB.
Rendahnya defisit juga tak lepas dari penerimaan negara mencapai Rp1.942,3 triliun atau tembus 102,5 persen dari target sebesar Rp1.894,7 triliun.
Sementara realisasi belanja negara mencapai 99,2 persen atau Rp2.202,2 triliun dari target Rp2.220,7 triliun. Demikian Medcom.id. (S-MC/jr)
